The deteriorated state of Woodbine-Ocean View Road now has people driving on the shoulders to avoid the potholes. Now that it's getting warmer out, people are out walking, running and cycling on shoulders of the roadway. This is an accident waiting to happen. Something has to be done to make this road safer.
