4:10pm 8-31,To the contractor who was apparently upset that I didn't leave my lane while driving past;while you were loading equipment on your trailer that was parked in the wrong direction. A 36" wide piece of equipment fits well within the 8' shoulder so you were "playing chicken". Secondly if your truck wasn't parked on the other side of the road there would have been room for traffic to adjust it's path, please think when you set up shop. Thanks
