Ocean City - Someone needs to follow up with Sheriff Nolan about the lack of manpower at the new county jail and ask him to explain the skyrocketing use of overtime hours this year. I'm told that they used as many hours in one month this year as they did in six months last year and it still is not even the busy season yet. Sure sounds like Nolan should worry about properly staffing his operation. His failure to meet with and address the staffing concerns of his subordinates shows a lack of respect for them.
