Ocean City - Shared services agreements become a part of the past. Stone Harbor is not renewing their agreement with Avalon for a CFO. Sea Isle is not renewing their agreement with Ocean City and is getting their own Administrator. Maybe shared services isn’t really saving these municipalities money.
