Ocean City - Seagulls are wild animals. Wild animals die every day. Sometimes other wild animals eat them, even the cute, little ones. Nature is cruel. I am glad that no tax money was wasted on a dying seagull in Avalon. That is the circle of life and our tax money should not be wasted on things like that.
