Ocean City - A Rio Grande spouter summed up what's wrong with many Cape May County attitudes. He/she said, "The more people that move out of the area, the better. Less traffic, less unwanted development and less taxes..." I am sure I would have agreed, back in the 40's or 50's, but unfortunately, we have reached a level of growth that needs to be managed. Alaska has the most open space and the highest welfare rate too.
