Ocean City - Re: Ocean City Zoning Board, why is it that two real estate brokers for Berkshire Hathaway wouldn't recuse themselves as a conflict of interest when Keller Williams went for the variance on 9th St.? Then they voted no! Ocean City would rather have an abandoned gas station than a beautiful operating business when you enter the town.
