Ocean City - President Biden says that Black parents fear that their children will be killed by police or a white gunslinger every time the children step outside.Biden is partially right:existing while Black is far more dangerous than existing while White- but the reason is black on black crime not white vigilantes.Black juveniles are shot at 100 times the rate of white juveniles.Blacks between the ages of 10 and 24 are killed in drive by shootings at nearly 25 times the rate of whites in that age group.Dozens of blacks are murdered every day . At just 12% of the population,black on black crime is a fact.
