Ocean City - Since people want to argue about what a local and a tourist is, let me put my two cents in and attempt to clear the air. If you stay in Cape May County year round, you are a local; whether on the barrier islands (Wildwoods, Stone Harbor, Ocean City) or on the mainland (Cape May Court House, Woodbine, The Villas). If you stay in Cape May County between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day ONLY, you are a tourist or a shoobie. I hope this helps.
