Ocean City used to have an ordinance of no construction on Sunda

Ocean City - Ocean City used to have an ordinance of no construction on Sundays, yet because some houses are off the main street people do it and seem to get away with it. Also, permits are supposed to be sought upon construction, yet my brother-in-law was painting my living room on a Sunday and the code enforcer came in cause someone complained! The Sunday work above has been going on for four weeks now. I always say "it's just who you know."
