Ocean City - Just as we send billions more to Ukraine they start losing ground and retreating as Russia is taking back there territory. Ukraine was never going to win this war. Biden didn't open up oil leases to allow for extensive drilling to shut off oil purchases from Russia which funds Russia's war. Also Putin's population is too big for Ukraine to beat. Again, we are in a losing war and tax payers are paying the price for it.
