Ocean City - Just watched the news and saw biden trying to speak a few sentences without losing his train of thought again.This poor man doesn't have a clue whats going on without the telepromptor and even with that i don't think he can see very well.Why does his wife and family want him to run again? China and Russia are seeing this also and know he's weak and feckless,hence the Ukraine war and china backed drugs killing 100,000 Americans .
