Ocean City - As I'm reading up on the number of whales popping up along our precious coast, I actually wonder if the cold snap we had several weeks ago was a contributing factor. Whales are warm-blooded and can only survive in waters just below 40 degrees. Anyhow, these are just my two cents, and I am not an expert on whales or weather or energy. Take from it what you will.
