I understand that 'Spout Off' and the related comments are surel

Ocean City - I understand that 'Spout Off' and the related comments are surely not statistically valid 'surveys', but the reaction to the consolidation spouts seem overwhelmingly in favor of consolidation of at least some of the barrier islands' governmental functions. Since the people who react positively are likely voters, why not start a grass roots movement? How about starting consolidating police, fire and ambulance services for all of the Wildwoods, including the Lower Township portion of the Crest. Doesn't safety and common sense trump ego issues? Saving lives and dollars can't be a bad idea.
