Ocean City - I read a lot of complaints about dogs on the Cape May and I sympathize with the Spouters. Dogs are great companions. But we live in a society which we share with others, many of whom don’t like dogs, or are afraid of dogs or allergic to dogs. The dog people have no right to violate the law or to be insensitive of others.
