Ocean City - I question the Middle spouter who says more development causes higher taxes. That is the opposite of what is true. Open spaces do not contribute to the tax base, only ratables do. The assertion that there should be a moratorium on building is proof he has no family or friends in the contracting business. Sounds like he would be happier in Alaska.
