I am detecting a significant level of frustration from spouters

Ocean City - I am detecting a significant level of frustration from spouters who have applied for, but not gotten jobs. There may be lots of reasons why some of them are not getting hired; some might not be suited to the jobs they are applying for, or they may not have the combination of skill sets, personality and background that makes them attractive to potential employers. However, there are others who may seem to have everything just right, and they still are not getting jobs. I truly sympathize with them, and might suggest that they try a new career path into fields they had not previously considered.
