I’m sure the owner of the Wonderland Pier gets a new approval fo

Ocean City - I’m sure the owner of the Wonderland Pier gets a new approval for the luxury hotel built next door like proposed but shot down by the city. They might use the Wonderland Pier as a bargaining chip saying they’ll reopen it or turn it into something family friendly if the hotel is allowed. If they don’t they’ll let it sit vacant for years. The last thing OC needs is a large vacant boardwalk property sitting for years in disrepair, becoming an eyesore. The town needs to be diligent and continue the fight without bankrupting the city and keeping it from dragging on.
