Ocean City - I’m a 15 year old that loves reading about the local news, the Herald in particular. Spout Off is a cool way for others to voice their thoughts and opinions, but I’ve noticed how most of the comments recently have been negative or critical about things readers have heard or seen. I wish more people would bring to attention all the good that goes on in Cape May county.
