Hey Public Works Department, Benches should be painted and board

Ocean City - Hey Public Works Department, Benches should be painted and boards replaced during the nine months which are NOT June thru August! It’s disturbing to watch this happen year after year. I watched these guys literally standing around because their truck couldn’t navigate the sea of people on a beautiful June day! And the city wants more revenue?
