Haven't seen or heard of any whale or dolphin strandings within

Ocean City - Haven't seen or heard of any whale or dolphin strandings within the last three weeks and almost an entire month. Perhaps my original theory about it having to do with colder temperatures was correct and everyone's getting into a tizzy over something they feel may be associated with it that they don't like?????
