Does the County of Cape May know that their Citizen Request Trac

Ocean City - Does the County of Cape May know that their Citizen Request Tracker isn't working? I tried to create an account on Monday night. I was told that I would be sent an email to finish creating my account and set up password. 18 hours later; no email and I can't login to submit a request. There is a hole at 56th & Bay that is in dire need of work. Anyone who has information or can assist, please help!
