Ocean City - A couple of adults riding west on West Ave. in Ocean City ran the stop sign, and went across the widest street in town. The driver ahead of me was able to stop, as was I. We both blew our horns at the couple. The male circled around and yelled an expletive at both cars. They thought the cars were at fault! Almost a week to the hour the same thing happens two or three blocks apart. Bikes are not pedestrians.
