Ocean City - Concerning the settlement Ocean City made in the Charles Cusack case in which Cusack had sex with a minor which cost the taxpayers of Ocean City $200,000, Cusack receives a pension as an ex-police officer who should have known he was breaking the law. The city should demand he pays the $200,000 settlement back to the taxpayers. At $2,000 per month, the taxpayers would have their money back in a little over eight years. Cusack committed the crime and should bear all cost, not the taxpayers.
