Ocean City - This is a big shout out to thank the Herald for "unlocking" the on-line article concerning a phone scam. More and more persons, particularly senior citizens, are falling victim to these scams and public information is one of the best ways to stop them. Also a big shout out to the Law Enforcements agencies who made a a couple great arrests. I hope the bad guys don't walk away on low bail. Nice job!
