Ocean City - Bicycles are subject to traffic laws the same as cars and trucks. Bicycles must stop and yield at stop signs. Cars do not have to stop for them. Bicycles have to stop at red lights until the light turns green, just like a car. They have to keep right and use bike lanes where they are provided. Bikes are not pedestrians. If cyclists want someone to yield to them in a crosswalk, they have to get off and walk their bike across. Bikes are vehicles. How many spouts do we need about this before some of it sinks in?
