Attention all barrier island drivers, please accept my apologies

Ocean City - Attention all barrier island drivers, please accept my apologies in advance as I find it impossible to drive even close to the posted speed limit due to all of the cyclists and pedestrians who pull in front of me all summer. Bikes are not pedestrians and must stop for red lights and stop signs, but that does not seem to count in the shore towns all summer long. And although I am obliged to yield to pedestrians in crosswalks, I really enjoy the game where they walk out in front of me from blind spots without them ever bothering to look at me or see if I have seen them.
