This is your semi-weekly reminder that Ocean City still controls the beaches between the hours of 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. Well-behaved families and otherwise have zero access. And the reason it is 'working' is because the town went gonzo and drives around every square inch of it until you head towards the exits.
