This is and has been providing the rats with plenty of food and with full bellies they will produce more little rats..The South end of Ocean City following a summer weekend is a trash yard.In addition Ocean City has been eliminating Foxes and Foxes love rats for dinner,so the problem isn't rats, the problem is Humans and how they treat the environment.
