Two separate spouts, from two spouters, obviously feel that someone hit a nerve when he/she used the term "dumped" concerning the kids at the Court House library. Libraries are for reading books, doing homework, using the computer resources or looking up information. They are not for socializing, unwinding, relaxing or anything else. It is up to the parents to make sure that their children (the ones they are responsible for) use the library for appropriate purposes. Or, they are responsible to find some other way to deal with their children after school. Library users understand.
