Ocean City is on the verge of being over-developed. 111 new condos? 252 new hotel rooms? Possibly BOTH? Plus, building said condos on the parking lot that right now is perfect for special events at the Flanders? A few empty store fronts on Asbury is not a good enough reason to do this. Bad times come and go. It's too fussy to expect that the town should never have a little blemish or two for a little while.
