I worked in the hazardous waste industry for 42 years,6 of which were for an electric utility, where i learned EPA and OSHA regulations and got hands-on experience. Many will never get the exposure to learn even what i have forgotten. The power grid (transmission-lines)can't handle the loads that we experience at present, without massive upgrades.California brownouts/blackouts caused by shutdowns to avoid wildfires due to overheating, and the lack of larger/additional transmission lines to supply the demand, would be a normal constant throughout the U.S.We need smart planning, not by politicians!
