I can see the ac shore line from 30+ miles out in the ocean while fishing. 15 miles off the coast is nothing and those windmills will be an eyesore for sure. Stop using the 15 mile rule like it’s so unobtainable distance from shore. This is a bad idea and the dead whales may be just the beginning.
