How does OCSD justify increasing the cost of sending an Upper student to your high school, when Upper has lost millions of dollars in funding? And makes up over 65% of your student body? The predicted cuts (less teachers, overcrowded classes, changes some classes to every other day instruction, etc) to Upper students' education due in part to your overcharging are going to hurt your high school in the long run, as now 65% of your students will be underprepared for high school.
