The condo in Ocean City was red flagged by Neil Byrne, Ocean City’s construction official. Was that after he received the letter from the lawyer representing the gentleman who wants these condos condemned? Didn’t this same official flag the Sea aisle condo deck collapse after that incident also? Why isn’t he inspecting these buildings and insuring these buildings are safe.
