Although in general I disagree with most of what a WC spouter said, he was partially right in saying, "A nation with trillions of debts cannot possibly sacrifice any more of its precious youth and treasure for another hopeless, endless foreign misadventure." That should not mean that the U.S. should shy away from armed conflict today or tomorrow. But America desperately must learn that when you fight a war, you fight to win. You vanquish the enemy and come home. We didn't learn after a tie in Korea, or a forfeit in Vietnam. These cost over 112,000 American lives.
