Not to worry this health care is nonsense .I was in hospital with guy from ivory coast no insurance they gave him same care I got with good insurance even transported him to Atlantic care for heart procedure so if you don't have insurance just tell them you got no id or insurance give phony address and your in .He spoke perfect English slight accent 😉?
