Not so backwards New Jersey here, because the State of NJ failed to implement their own policies on ebikes, after they took years to do so, we lost some lives (what took lots of lobbying and arguing), cities were still doing what they wanted anyway. Now, they are permitted to go back and sign new legislation on ebikes laws after the fact of accidents or injuries. I have one option far better than that, suing the State, Law Enforcement, and Cities for my time lost, and injuries occurred on behalf of all ebike legislation. As well as undue harassment by city official(s).
