What does the spouter mean saying that a spouter is upset about spending city money and that they expect the chamber and semi retired people for all of the city events? Don’t those in the chamber and semi retired people pay taxes that support the community center and the events happening there? So yes those that pay taxes pay for and expect events at the center. Don’t understand why the spouter doesn’t know this.
