Northwest Dennis - I really have to laugh at the people who still believe that more development lowers taxes. The great ratables chase. Experience tells a different story. Development, commercial or residential, leads to more people, who demand more services, which results in more government and more schools, which ALWAYS results in more taxes. The situation is made worse in places like Cape May County, where one party controls all the gov't jobs (votes) and the bureaucracy has become top heavy and overpaid. I don't know what the solution to all of this is, but it's certainly not more development
