Every day, in every way we are being inundated with what a catastrophic world we live in. It is relentless. It permeates everything, every day. Might I suggest you turn it off and take a break? Do some yard work, read a good book, sit on the back deck, enjoy a sunset (or sunrise) and realize THIS IS IT. The world is beautiful. This is your life. Enjoy it. It's not going to last forever.
