Who thinks it's okay to dress their dogs up in clothes?

North Wildwood - Who thinks it's okay to dress their dogs up in clothes? I understand the Fourth of July is a holiday, but a dog can get hot in those outfits. Why do some of those same people not pick up its poop after the dog goes number two? C'mon, it's just poop.
