Any adult or teenager riding a bike on the sidewalk deserves a ticket. In North Wildwood, there are plenty of streets that are wide, or have little traffic, or have a bike lane. Take some time to learn a safe route for riding in the street so that you are not a danger to pedestrians on the sidewalk. If you are too lazy to do this, or too afraid to ride in the street, you shouldn't be on a bike.
