North Wildwood - While walking along Anglesea Dr. Jan. 26 a little after 12:30 p.m., I observed a councilperson operating his personal vehicle driving south where there is a sign that reads 'Road Closed.' I guess if you are a councilperson, you don't have to adhere to anything, but if you are just the average person you will receive a ticket. Must be nice. Oh, and why in the off season do individuals that are given free parking plaques still display them on the dashboard? Another item to do away with. Wake up people who have to pay for a seasonal parking pass.
