North Wildwood - While sitting on a bench on the boardwalk at 7 p.m. I watched eight bicyclists go by and four handicapped vehicles go by faster than the bicyclists. It is a boardwalk. Don’t even mention the dogs that are never allowed on the boards. But dogs can’t read and obviously the owners can’t either. Ignore the small restrictions and people will go to the next level.
