Where did all of the money go that people donated to the people

North Wildwood - Where did all of the money go that people donated to the people of New Jersey for Hurricane Sandy. According to the State, all of the money is now gone. It was given to rebuild the boardwalk in Seaside Heights that was destroyed by the fire. Where is the Attorney Generals Office? How come they are not investigating the Governor?
