North Wildwood - When are the rules going to be enforced by the NWW police on the Wall. This morning I saw a person riding a motorized bicycle on the wall. dogs on extended leashes are also a problem when owners don't retract them when other people are passing. There needs to be a safety officer walking the wall once in a while.
