North Wildwood - Were the 20 students who destroyed property at Middle township high school not charged? Is it because their parents are above the law, Is it because they agreed to pay the damages for their kids. Whatever the reason, they did not learn a lesson other than if you know someone you can get away with destroying a school property and not be accountable for your actions.
