The walkway lights at Bill Henfey Park at 8th and Central avenue

North Wildwood - The walkway lights at Bill Henfey Park at 8th and Central avenues were on beginning at 6 p.m. Aug. 18 in the daylight. At 9:50 p.m. the chain was put up at the main entrance but just 30-feet down the 6-foot high fence gate was wide open to the basketball court. At 10:02 p.m. we had basketball players who walked right in playing ball, pounding the ball like bombs going off in the silence of the night. All other three gates were opened also. Why can't we close the gate and padlock all gates and lights out at dusk? Why is no one doing anything about this?
