Wake up New Jersy taxpayers!

North Wildwood - Wake up New Jersy taxpayers! Just in "our area" there are so many cash only stores popping up lately .... (and I'm not talking about Irish weekend) here in our towns, and probably up the coast all the way to North Jersey. Are these New Jersey and out-of-state business owners paying their fair share of taxes to our state? Is the state regulating any of this? I have also seen the ATMs inside their building and they get a kick back from them too. All I read is about how our state can't pass a budget because they have no money, they're broke!
